Device (2) Demonstration by Lou Alonso

Students with multiple disabilities in hearing, vision, ED, LD, MR or mobility will find recording lectures or instructions easy and simple. Use of this slim and light digital recorder does not stand out as an assistive device making it an ideal tool for inclusion students who are self-conscious.

Hello Lou, you are absolutely right.. and even students in regular classroom loves any type of technology in learning beside books and pencils. Young students love to sing or talk to any camcorder and play back to listen to themselves too. Good choice of a device.. keep it up....

Hi Lou! Great job on your AT demo! In response to your inquiry on what makes this device a "digital" recorder, it is because it has an LCD screen, which isn't usually found in regular recorders. In addition, it does not use tapes rather memory chips in saving the records.

I think this device is really useful and you pointed out a good example with using the device to record shopping list! The device is also very useful for those with vision impairments, ED, etc. Overall, you did a great job! =)
